Become a Writing Fellow

Students in their first or sophomore years are eligible to become Writing Fellows.  Applicants are encouraged to visit the Writing Center before applying in order to develop an appreciation for the type of work that Writing Fellows do.

To find out more about the application process, training course, and what it's like to be a Writing Fellow, we invite all interested applicants to join us for an Info Session on Friday, February 7th, 10-11am in 409 Barnard Hall (RSVP:

All applications must be delivered to 216 Barnard Hall by Friday, February 28th at 12pm.

UPDATE: Due to an unprecedented number of applications received this year, we are running a little behind in our review process.  The list of applicants whom we wish to interview will now be posted outside 216 Barnard Hall on Tuesday, 3/4, at 12PM (noon).  If you see your name on the list, please sign up to interview with the Program Director, Coordinator, and the Writing Fellows.
