Request Writing Fellows

Attached Courses

Barnard professors of any discipline can request Writing Fellows to work with their course. 

Events Requests

R.A.s and other campus leaders can request Writing Fellows to host drop-in hours, workshops, or other projects for their events. 

Student Requests

Students, like seniors working on their thesis, may meet with Writing Fellows outside of Writing Center hours.

Mary Norris: The Comma Queen

The New Yorker's Mary Norris has written articles and made videos that describe how to use a comma, the difference between "who" and "whom", and other useful tips about grammar. 

Personal Librarian

Each department and program is assigned a Personal Librarian who work with students to articulate research questions and map out a search strategy.
